Privacy Policy
At Avenqrix Capital S.A. ("Avenqrix", "we") we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This document explains, in clear language compatible with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326), what information we collect, how we use it and which options you have available.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Avenqrix Capital S.A., Tax ID 30-71862345-8, with legal domicile at Av. del Libertador 5940, Floor 12, Office B, C1428ARV, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. You can write to us at any time to privacy@avenqrix.com.
2. Which data we collect
We only collect the data needed to reply to your questions and to operate the platform: name, email and the content of the message you send us. We also record aggregated technical information, such as browser type and visit duration, whenever you have consented through our cookie banner.
3. Why we use it
We use the data to reply to you, to understand how the site behaves and improve it, and to comply with legal obligations under Argentine regulations, including those issued by the Financial Intelligence Unit and the National Securities Commission. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship and on the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to the financial and real estate sector.
5. Who we share it with
We share data solely with technical providers that help us operate the platform (for example, transactional email, web measurement and hosting services), all of them subject to confidentiality clauses. In 2026 we use servers located in the LATAM region, with encrypted replicas in the European Union.
6. How long we keep it
We retain your data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the periods required by tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering legislation.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition provided for in Law 25.326. To do so, write to privacy@avenqrix.com attaching a copy of your ID. Additionally, you may file a claim with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority for the law.
8. Minors
Our services are aimed exclusively at people over the age of 18. If we detect data belonging to minors, we remove it without delay.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this document whenever our practices or the regulatory framework change. You will always be able to consult the current version at this same URL, together with its last update date.
