These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the site avenqrix.com, owned by Avenqrix Capital S.A. By using the site, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions in full. If you do not agree, we ask you not to continue using the platform.
1. Scope
The site provides institutional information about the real estate crowdlending services that Avenqrix delivers in the Argentine Republic, authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV) as Collective Financing Platform No. 42.
2. Information is not advice
The published content is for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice. Each person must evaluate their own situation and, where applicable, consult licensed professionals before taking a decision.
3. Requirements to participate
The services may be used by natural persons over 18 years of age who are tax residents in Argentina, or by legal entities incorporated in the country, who pass the identification process (KYC) and the anti-money-laundering checks required by the UIF.
4. Risk acknowledgement
Investment in real estate projects is subject to risks, including, among others, construction risk, market risk, regulatory risk and liquidity risk. Past performance does not guarantee future performance and the total committed capital may be affected.
5. User conduct
You undertake to use the site in good faith, not to perform reverse engineering, not to interfere with security and not to impersonate others. Breach of these obligations allows Avenqrix to suspend access without prior notice and to initiate any legal actions that may apply.
6. Intellectual property
All the content on the site (text, brands, logos, graphics, software and other elements) is the property of Avenqrix Capital S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentina's Intellectual Property Law 11.723 and the applicable international treaties. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is forbidden.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms whenever there are regulatory, technical or operational changes. We will publish the new version at this same URL with its date, and continued use of the site will imply acceptance.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond.
